Planning Process and
Framework

Imagine Nashua was a year-long process beginning
in fall 2020 and ending in summer 2021. From

the outset, the goal of the master plan has

been to develop a set of robust and actionable
recommendations that can guide and shape

development in Nashua for the next 20 years. The
recommendations in this plan respond to local
trends and regional pressures facing Nashua, and
are shaped by extensive research and analysis, and
essential input from the public, steering committee
members, planning staff, and other stakeholders.
