PURPOSE: Authorizing the City of Nashua to enter into contracts with
Nashua Community College, Rivier University, Town of
Hudson, The Plus Company and the Souhegan Valley
Transportation Collaborative for transit services.

FISCAL NOTE: These revenue contracts provide local matching funds to the transit
operating grant.
ANALYSIS
This resolution authorizes the City of Nashua to enter into contracts with Nashua Community
College, Rivier University, Town of Hudson, The Plus Company and the Souhegan Valley
Transportation Collaborative for transit services for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30,
2022.
