ANALYSIS
This resolution authorizes the City of Nashua and the Division of Public Health and Community
Services to accept and appropriate funds from the United States Department of Housing and
Urban Development into Public Health and Community Services Grant Activity “Housing
Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (““HOPWA”)” for the purpose of providing affordable
housing and support services for families with at least one household member that has
HIV/AIDS,
