ORDINANCE
RESCINDING THE FACE COVERING ORDINANCES
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-One
WHEREAS the Board of Aldermen passed O-20-018 “Relative to Face Coverings” on
May 21, 2020;
WHEREAS the Board of Aldermen passed O-20-029, Amended “Supplemental
Requirements Relative to Face Coverings” on September 22, 2020; and
WHEREAS both of these ordinances provide that they shail continue in effect until
rescinded by action of the Board of Aldermen.
NOW THEREFORE, the City of Nashua ordains that Ordinance O-20-018 and O-20-
029 are hereby rescinded as of 11:59 p.m. on June 8, 2021.
