ORDINANCE
AUTHORIZING A “POLICE PARKING ONLY” PARKING SPACE ON ASH STREET
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-One
The City of Nashua ordains that Part I] “General Legislation”, Chapter 320 “Vehicles
and Traffic”, Article XII “Parking, Stopping and Standing”, Section 320-55 “Parking by
authorized vehicles only in designated areas” of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be
hereby further amended by adding the following new underlined language:
Ҥ 320-55. Parking by authorized vehicles only in designated areas.
D. Parking shall be designated for “Police Parking Only” on the east side of Ash
Street beginning at a point 180 feet north of West Hollis Street and extending to a
point 205 feet north of West Hollis Street.”
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall become effective at the time of removal and/or installation of the necessary
sign(s) and/or device(s).
