INSTRUCTIONS FOR “PROPOSAL COSTS” SUBMITTALS:
(1) Proposal price per pound or unit for acceptable Universal Waste Recycling items. Pricing shall include all
costs for the contract term of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024,

© Schedule of Prices for fluorescent bulbs, ballasts, and other universal wastes, including the various
types of electronics in a typical residential mix, as listed below; and
