Vencor is responsible for compliance with all applicable statutes. The entire set of the Revised Statutes

Vendor will complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents for the following prices:

Vendor acknowledges that estimated quantities are not guaranteed, and are solely for the
purpose of comparison of proposals, and final payment for all Unit Price Bid items will be
based on actual quantities provided, determined as provided in the Contract Documents.
