| understand that is the mechanical way of doing it but is there anything to be gained by referring it back to
committee? | guess the reason | ask is that we are having a budget summit tomorrow and | believe that
would probably be germane. | withdraw my statement; we are not going to debate it here.

Inasmuch as this affects the budget and finances would this be appropriate for the Budget Review
Committee as well?

If you want to refer it to both of them you can do that or if it is the will of the Board we can send it just to the
Budget Review Committee.
