RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE USE OF ADDITIONAL U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND
URBAN DEVELOPMENT HOME INVESTMENT PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM FUNDS
BY HABITAT FOR HUMANITY FOR 10 PAXTON TERRACE
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand Twenty One
WHEREAS, R-20-005 authorized the allocation of HOME funds to Habitat for
Humanity to develop two Veteran owned housing units at 10 Paxton Terrace; and
WHEREAS, Habitat for Humanity has requested an additional $14,500 toward the total
$50,882 of the increased cost of materials, bringing the new total HOME investment to $414,500
(62%) of the $672,256 total development cost.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of
Nashua that the City of Nashua approves the allocation of funds in the amount of up to $14,500
from the City’s HOME Program, Affordable Housing Development line items for the purpose
described above; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to execute all necessary
understandings, assurances and agreements pursuant to this project.
