Water Supply Source

Monitor: Check domestic water entry piping and valves for periodic leaks and pressure upkeep.
Water Heater

Monitor: The water heater tank is an older unit that may be approaching the end of its useful life.

Deferred Cost: Given the age of the water heater (37 years old), it is near the end of its
useful life. Reservation of funds for future replacement is recommended.

> The adequacy of heat supply or distribution balance is not inspected.
> The interior of flues or chimneys which are not readily accessible are not inspected.

General Comments
General Condition of Interior Finishes
Interior finishes of the building are in poor condition due to ongoing water intrusion, age, and wear and tear.
Examples include holes in wall, peeling wallpaper, and broken outlets. Seating in the main stage sits upon
an older frame which also needs to be replaced based on current condition and age.
