Extending the hours of sale of alcoholic beverages by on-
premises licensees to 2:00 a.m.

This legislation permits businesses with on-premises licenses for the sale of alcohol to remain
open until 2:00 a.m. The licensees will be subject to all conditions and requirements established
by statute and the State Liquor Commission. The city’s authority to extend the hours for sale of

alcohol by on-premises licensees is found at RSA 179:17, II (b).
