| just wanted to let the group know that | have actually been here since the beginning of the meeting; I’ve
just had all kinds of problems. | could see you and | could see myself at the meeting, | saw my name on the
roster, but | didn’t realize also that we couldn't call in by phone tonight. So yeah, | called in and | spoke
with Jim and he said, “No you can’t call in tonight”. So | want to make you aware that I’ve made my best
efforts to get to the meeting. Madam Chairman it looks to me that there are call in members and you look
as though you are skeptical about not being able to call in.

Yes, | am, | didn’t know that we couldn’t call in, we do have a couple of callers tonight, so | am not sure if
there is a restriction in the number of lines we have. | can check with the IT Department.
