to open up as has been said, a Pandora’s Box in this City going forward. So | will not be supporting it in this
current state. But | am open to suggestions from other Aldermen.

Yes, | am very much in favor of this. | would like to see it passed so they can go forward with their
celebrations. | agree that it needs a lot of work and | would like to bring it back just as soon as possible to
address all the fears and concerns that have been addressed here tonight. But! think our first and foremost
responsibility is for us to get these kids a graduation and a celebration worthy of their efforts. And | would
like to pass it on and then deal with it later.
