RESOLUTION
RELATIVE TO THE ACCEPTANCE AND APPROPRIATION OF AN ADDITIONAL
$377,873.50 FROM THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH
AND HUMAN SERVICES INTO TRANSIT GRANT ACTIVITY
“FEDERAL TRANSIT AUTHORITY (“FTA”) OPERATING GRANT”
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty
RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the City of Nashua and
the Community Development Division are authorized to accept and appropriate an additional
$377,873.50 from the State of New Hampshire, Department of Health and Human Services into
Transit Grant Activity “Federal Transit Authority (“FTA”) Operating Grant” for the purpose of
providing fixed route transportation services for individuals ages 60 and up. This funding shall
be in effect from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022.
