| Know mine kind of pushed the envelope of brief but if it is important for Alderman Lu to identify
someone’s opinion and what it was, | feel like she could probably just summarize in maybe 30 seconds or
so instead of 5 minutes and just as a reference that she personally chooses to make. | agree with what
Alderman Dowd is saying, that we should have a Committee Meeting about this and | also appreciate
Alderman Kelly’s idea of having more of an open format integrated into our next meeting. So | would ask
that the President see if that could be a discussion that is brought up at an upcoming Committee Meeting.

| just wanted to say that | wouldn’t feel comfortable paraphrasing someone else. | suggested reading it
only because it didn’t get included in the minutes for one reason or another. And | just want to say about
the 5 minutes, | think part of the issue is that in the past we haven’t stuck very carefully to a time limit. It
just takes discipline and if that’s what makes this doable then that is what we should try to do, is to stick to
that limit whether we like what we are hearing or we don’t like what we are hearing. Thank you.
