Hi Tim,
Pursuant to our conversation today Iam providing this email to formally release funds in our Nashua Riverfront Project
contract (P.O. 154005) that were intended to cover survey services by Hayner/Swanson, Inc. (HSI. Our understanding is
that HSI will contract directly with the City and therefore their scope is also removed from our contract.
The amount of the released funds = $82,100 + 5% administration fee = $86,205.
