Includes: $10,000.00 allowance for floor prep

Exciudes: Finishes at window sashes
Excludes: Painting new wood doors, they come prefinished with clear coat

includes: 5 feminine napkin disposals in bathrooms, not shown in drawings
Includes: Metal wrap for 2 columns outside rear entrance
