ALLOWANCES
The Owner and MN agreed the work described below to be treated as individual allowances, The value of
this work has been incorporated into the Contract Amount. The value of the work has been estimated by
MN based on availabie information. The actual cost of the work will vary from the estimate.
The cost of the work will be tracked and reported to the Owner on a biweekly basis in a format te be
mutually agreed upon by the Owner and MN.
The final cost of this work incliding fee and any additional general conditions will be a change order to the
Contract Amount. In the event of savings, the Change Order shall decrease the Contract Amount. In the
event of additional costs, the Change Order shall increase the Contract Amount.
