proposed 160 unit apartment building at Captain’s Corner, The
developer's assertion that “The infrastructure and traffic lights
are already there to accommodate this type of development.” is
a blatant misstatement of the facts. Route 117A is already
reaching saturation as a two-lane road and experiencing
severe bottlenecks during morning and evening rush hours,
and especially at the Captain’s Corner access poinis.
