and Plate will support 160 Units.
Nashua Board of Alderman to adequately evaluate the zoning
variance developer should require Traffic Plan including
adequate parking and street capacity and traffic controls to
support 160 Units. Uniil adequate supporting documents are
prepared and reviewed for accuracy this application should not
be considered
