Alderman Harriott-Gathright
| want to express my condolences to the Barry family but as well as to all the rest of us that have lost loved
ones including Patricia Klee, Alderman Klee. | also wanted to express the loss of Sylvia Gale who really
has been for me a very good friend for over 20 years. And we are working on a celebration here in Nashua
and right now, her birth date is September the 6 which is basically Labor Day and it is on a Sunday and
we are planning something in Greeley Park just so you know. There’s more to come and | will make sure
that the Aldermen get the invite for that, because she has worked with our City Government, she’s worked
with our State Government, she’s worked with non-profits and the (inaudible) of Color. You know, just a
tremendous, strong supporter for undoing racism, that’s what | call it. A very strong supporter for those
types of situations and those types of things. So | am really going to miss Sylvia literally because | worked
with her as one of the Commissioners for the Status of WWomen and she was our Executive Assistant at that
time so we really go back, even before that. We go back with Southern NH years ago when we had a
medical staff with an organization that actually did HIV/AIDS (inaudible) in the Greeley Park as well as the
different bars. So you know she’s truly going to be missed and | feel for her partner and her daughter. And
more recently | didn’t hear good things about, she’s been taking care of her daughter for the last year but |
am hearing that her daughter’s last testing were not well. So just much prayer for the Gale family and her
partner as well. Thank you.

Tomorrow night we are going to have a Special Budget Meeting and we are going to be discussing only two
things at this point. One will be the R-20-028 and the other will be the Police CERF Vehicle. The other
items that were all on the Agenda tonight will be addressed at the regular Budget Meeting later in the
month. So at 7:00 on Zoom and we will have a discussion on that action.

Thank you Madam President. PEDC will be meeting next Tuesday, August 18". Anyone who is interested
in reviewing the contracts for the Riverfront Master Plan should please plan to attend. Thank you.
