| just had a question. When we have just passed a budget, how does it work when we get an increase
salary of a group of people. Do we then just need to add money to the budget for this year?

No, they have already budgeted for that, the money has been put in Contingency Negotiations so we were

Yes, thank you very much. | think this is a very fair contract, | support it 100%. As a matter of fact, | think
it's under what it should be and these people deserve what they get. | am concerned about their being
underpaid relative to peers in the area and also retention is the big issue. So | think they deserve it and let’s
support them 100%.
