This is appropriating money from various other Departments, from various accounts for the position, so itis
funding the position; so essentially yes.

Yes, thank you Madam President, | would just like to say that | believe that the Mayor and Attorney Bolton
and the entire staff has done a great job on Right to Knowunder very difficult circumstances. | would also
like to say that this position will hopefully be one of efficiency and lower cost because this has actually cost
us hundreds of thousands of dollars over the course of this stretch and this should be more efficient and
less costly. So | think this is the way to go and we will make everybody more efficient and happy. Thank
you.
